Complete house refurbishment
Phase 1
- Complete internal strip out and refurbishment of the entire property and garden.
- Removal of inert soil and replacing with good clean soil to the rear garden
- Part strip footings and part steel reinforced ring beam due to the ground levels
- Future proofing the single storey in phase 1 so as to be ready for phase 2
- Working closely with the new owners to ensure that there expectations are met or surpassed
Phase 2
- Constructing the second floor of the side extension whilst causing as little disturbance and disruption to the area below
- Helping to create a slick and stylish master bedroom, dressing room and en-suite bathroom
