New build 4 bed / 3 bath detached home
We acquired the site with the benefit of planning permission, we instructed our own architect to complete the building regulations and working drawings for this 4 bed / 3 bath detached home. The build took 40 weeks to complete.
SOME OF THE TASKS THAT WE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED DURING THE CONSTRUCTION:
- Removal of shrubs to clear the site
- Due to the location of the build, consideration needed to be given to the neighbouring property and its owners throughout the build
- Standard strip footings with traditional cavity walls and facing brick work
- Installation of traditional cut roof
