New build 5 bed / 3 bath detached house. Chorleywood
Following a recommendation from a previous client we were approached by the owners of this house to construct a new 5 bed / 3 bath detached house. We worked with the client through the design stage with one of our recommended architects handled the whole build including the project management. The project ran for 48 weeks.
SOME OF THE TASKS THAT WE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED DURING THE CONSTRUCTION:
- Removal and disposal of the existing bungalow trees and vegetation.
- Extensive ground works due to the elevated and sloping site
- New drainage
- Strip footing with block and beam flooring
- Traditional cavity walls with Facing brickwork
- Installation of large attic Truss roof
- Underfloor heating
